Zitrone

The rebuilt capital of Citron, Zitrone acts as the safe-ground where all outward prejudices between city rulers (whatever they like to call themselves) are dropped out of respect for what the city used to be. While there is no ruler, Zitrone is inhabited entirely by psionics--the majority falling under the category of pseudokinetics--and is home to Citron's central army.
