History:
The story of Maralla starts with plain beginings, much like many stories do. She was born to a working woman who had no husband, who struggled to keep her and her daughter afloat with a small bakery. It worked, for a time, the young girl working as an unofficial apprentice, learning the trade and assisting with the labor without the tension of wages on the business's coffers. However, by the time she had become a teenager, her mother had become ill with a strange disease, and to support her, Maralla took a job at the Great Library at Roth. This also worked for a time, until one morning, her mother did not wake from her slumber.

The girl, who was unable to truly deal with her grief, simply bottled it up and worked longer hours to try and fill the void in her life. So she worked until she was tired, and kept working until she was exhausted, keeping up with the routine for close to a year, until one day she collapsed. This particular flame-haired maiden slept for thirteen days, during which time she was visited by strange apparitions in her sleep. There was one, whom visited her quite often, wyrmkin, of sorts, named Ira. The snow white serpent told the girl that she was special and that it was not a demon, but a figment of her imagination. And she had the power to bring it, and with practice, study, and time, her ability would grow and be able to manifest itself in new ways.

[I'll flesh this out once I figure out more of it, since I'm collaborating on the more recent events. Sorry about the lack of overall details, though.]

-Contacts-
--Xavier Gottheit - An assigned guardian for any and all of her government-approved expeditions.
--Sarah Ravenshield - Her direct superior, who assigns and dispatches Maralla on her various expeditions.
[Others to be determined later.]

-Equipment-
-- Head: Black cowl
-- Torso:Black robes and travel cloak
---- Underclothes: Fitted and compacted leather breast plate with bronzed seams and trim, Red mini-unitard [see picture]
-- Legs: Bronze ankle-bracers
---- Underclothes: Red mini-unitard [again, see picture]
-- Right Arm: Several bracelets
-- Left Arm: N/a
-- Primary Weapon: A long staff which looks suspiciously like a flower
-- Secondary Weapon: N/a
-- Primary Support Item: Very large tomes, with which she stores data gathered as part of her occupation

-Skills-
Summoning: Maralla, by way of an unconcious (practically comatose) epiphany, discovered how to channel friendy spirit creatures into physical manifestation, who help her do things from combat to the mundane. At the current time, she is still quite the neophyte with this ability, since she has been unable to locate any sort of instruction manual, and is only able to summon Ira - snow-white wyrm, whom is capable of flight, [minor] pyro- and aerokinesis. Ira is also capable of speech, though only Maralla understands it.
--Spiritual Link: Through sheer focus and deep concentration, Maralla can boost powers or traits in her summons. Of course, this is a multi-edged sword, as such concentration can lead to her being blindsided in combat.
Advanced Knowledge: Having spent many years at the Great Library in Roth, Maralla has had ample oppurtunities to read countless volumes' worth of knowledge, an oppurtunity which she has exploited at every chance.
Culinary Prowess: With being the daughter of a Baker, and having been an unofficial apprentice, Mara has the cooking skill that would be greatly appreciated by almost any adventurer.

-Flaws-
Diminutive Stature/Physique: Being particularly small and light, Maralla is at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to melee combat and other situations which demands any sort of strong physical traits. In addition, she can be thrown easily and for greater distances than most, and runs less swiftly than the average person.
Spiritual Link Backfire: Whenever one of Maralla's Summoned Creatures are defeated or incapacitated, in such a way that would kill it if it were a mortal being, will inflict pain to the Summoner and in addition, will often throw her for a short distance should the final blow be particularly powerful.
