History:
Even though Ishi is a child of the infamous "Kato Clan" of Cizok, she is good natured and passive-- both traits that are rare to find in the Kato bloodline. She is known as the "meekest" and youngest of the three sisters, beset by ten years for the eldest sister who is a known cold, emotionless killer. The middle child, Mizuki-- who is six years older than Ishi --is immediately in-between the two in personality. Irregardless, Ishi grew up like any other Kato girl: taught to fight at a very young age, and put through the best private schooling that money could buy. Ishi was only moderately adept in fighting compared to her sisters and other clan members, to the point where she was eventually considered to be a lost cause.
But her mother still treated her like her other children, despite Ishi's lack of natural fighting ability. Education had been the focus of her young life, and Ishi had very few friends-- at least until meeting Masa Sakamoto, who her mother hired to be Ishi's tutor. At the time, Ishi was fifteen and Masa twenty one, but she found him to be about as mature as she. They bonded over time, and inevitably fell for one another. At seventeen, Ishi moved in with Masa. Two years later, she has become engaged with him, although a wedding date was never set.
As per her mother's teachings, Ishi has always been skeptical about governing parties. What is usually taught in fighting was applied to her in a social aspect: in short, Ishi is perhaps one of the best judges of character that can be found. She can see beyond niceties or rudeness and understand another human being after only one or two brief meetings. This was been applied to the government, where she realized the fatal flaws of Shogun Gardini Alamaster's administration. As an advocate of peace, however, Ishi refrained from partaking in violent protest, and made all of her points as peacefully and diplomatically as possible.
In their spare time, Masa taught Ishi many of the techniques of magic that he learned in the Manarina Mage Academy.
Flaws:
Passive-- Ishi will do anything to avoid hurting someone else, only willing to fight when another's life is on the line.
Dedicated-- She is very close to Masa, and very likely to become psychologically destroyed for a very long time if something were to happen to him.
