-- Demeanor: To sum her up, one could say that Achren is a analytical, melancholic, pessimist. This is quite true; she is often seen as a bit of a pessimist, to the extreme that it is hard for her to show affection. It is a true wonder if she ever smiles. Though she is also extremely intelligent and analytical, it is very rare that she ever make a brash action, feeling it is better to think things out in full before execution. She also has little zeal in her, having no wish to fight unless she is forced or commanded to. Achren could, however, be considered regal even if a bit anti-social.

Achren is not known for her great levels of power, that is not to say that she is weak, but she is by far not the strongest of the Ersatzshad. Rather, Achren is known for using her intellect and cunning while in battle. Achren is sort of like a cold rain, even though she may not decimate you with godly might, the effects of battling with her will come to haunt you in the future.

Summoning: Achren was born with the innate ability to summon other creatures with a weaker will than her own, which is quite impressive. Though so far she has chosen and only summoned one type of creature, a demon from hell with the powers of darkness as well. Though with her analytical personality, she is quite sure to study those that she chooses to summon before doing so. Because she knows that if she summons a demon more powerful than herself, she would become its servant, instead of it becoming hers. The demons that she has summoned call themselves Ateruo. After Achren summons an ateruo, they are subject to her will, as her power allows her to strip them of all free will they may have had. They then fight in her place, since the woman does not like to fight herself more often than not.
Shadow Manipulation: Achren has the innate ability to manipulate the shadows, whether it is to create weapons, or simply use its energy. For example, there are times when Achren uses the darkness around her to form claws upon her hands as sharp and sturdy as any iron blade. More often than not, in that regard, she uses the shadows as projectiles, such as darts or javelins. Even though she has yet to completely master the art and reach her full potential, she has still developed quite a few skills to add to her arsenal.
—Shadow Poison: One of Achren’s greatest developments, in her mind anyway, is that of what she likes to call her “shadow poison”. Though she has only ever had one chance to test it out, Achren has the ability to poison the bodies of others with her dark power. The level of toxins varies from by how much energy she uses of course. The poison is designed to physically weaken a creature, by attacking their muscles and causing them to degenerate. If not healed the poison will eventually turn the recipient into shell of what it formerly was, which she assumes, can only lead to death. Her poison is often bound within her darts, as is seen with her battle with Cyril.
—Shadow Cloak: Achren also excels at using the shadows to cloak her presence, and has even begun to learn how to keep herself from being discovered through means of energy sensing.
Shadow Dash: A technique which allows Achren to move from shadow to shadow in a split second. She is required to be in a shadow when using this, and can only move to another shadow with it. Regardless, his speed increases to a degree where it seems more like teleportation than actual movement.
Shadow Recharge: A unconscious technique wielded by most Ersatzshad. Natural shadow energy absorbs damage for Achren until the reserved energy is entirely depleted, at which point she is capable of retaining damage like any other living being.
Telekinesis: Achren also possesses the power of telekinesis, that is to manipulate the kinetic forces around her to allow her to move objects, or even shield herself. Though she rarely uses it, she trains in it just in case there is ever a time when the shadows are not available to her. Though it has yet to happen, she is intelligent enough to have the foresight to plan ahead. It is for that sole reason, and the need of security, that she trains and expands her skill within this power.

Melancholic – Achren always seems to have a sorrowful cloud over her, rarely smiling or showing any indication that she is happy. This also leads her to be viewed as cold and detached, though that is not always necessarily so.
Pessimistic – Achren often sees how bad things are, often overlooking the good things.
