Kentaro laughed softly. "All right. Well, follow me to one of our studies. One of the monks will bring you food and tea." Kentaro led the way to the study and opened the screen. Shichiro entered first, then sat on a cushion. In front of him was a small desk with writing utensils. Kentaro held the screen open while he stopped a passing apprentice. "Please get our guests some food and tea."

The young boy nodded and ran off. Kentaro paused somewhat, seeing Teruo being escorted by several monks down the hallways. Kentaro bowed deeply, almost touching the floor. Shichiro panicked, doing the same.

"Virtuous Tiger Emperor.." Kentaro greeted Teruo.

Teruo bowed his head. "Abbott Kentaro. I wish to speak with you.." His gaze travelled into the room. "Ah, Kensei Shichiro.." He bowed his head. Teruo also bowed at the guest, Jianyu.

Shichiro spoke. "Emperor, I have travelled from the capital with a monk from the Brotherhood of the Lotus." He said quietly.

The Emperor nodded. "It is an honor." He rose an eyebrow.
